Every item you purchase is hand packed and shipped from our gallery in Cairo, Egypt.
All the products on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
For all products international shipping cost is calculated based on a number of factors including the shipping method, the volumetric weight of the items purchased and the destination of the package.
Shipping time is usually 5-10 working days to any part of the world.
Please keep the signed proof of delivery receipt in case you might request a return.
SHIPPING
Please note that customs and duties are to the charge of the customer. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION – SERVICES
Once you purchase on www.arze-egypt.com you will receive a notification email confirming the purchase.
www.arze-egypt.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
LOCAL RETURNS
For orders delivered within Egypt, Arze-Egypt is happy to provide returns if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. We will refund you in the form of Arze-Egypt store credit for any future purchases on our website or in-store, valid for one year. Arze-Egypt does not provide any cash or credit card refunds.
Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders past 14 days will not be accepted. In case you ordered a product and requested a return and the product was found to be damaged you will not be given store credit and Arze-Egypt has the right to refuse the return.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Arze-Egypt does not provide free shipping for returns made outside of Egypt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and custom duties. When you request a return, please contact info@moccasin-shark-768222.hostingersite.com command specify whether you would like a store credit or an exchange within 15 days from the day you received your purchased product.
Items can be returned if the merchandise is in the exact condition in which it was shipped. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Special online promotional codes are valid for online purchases ONLY unless specifically stated. Offer valid for single use per customer. Offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions and may not be used towards gift cards or applied to previous purchases. Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email containing your return label and Return ID.
Please enter your Return ID on the form given, and include with your return.
Please print and attach the return label onto your shipping box and drop off at your nearest Aramex location. You may also schedule a pickup with any of these mail carriers.
Once the return has been processed by us, you will receive an online store credit valid for one year.
